To add a voice greeting, create and upload an audio file.
You can use this Voice recorder to create the audio file.
Instructions:
Click the Mic button to start recording. Once finished, click stop and then the Download button. Upload the MP3 as the voice greeting on your Jaya dashboard.
On Mac:
Use Voice Memos app on your Mac
- In the Voice Memos app on your Mac, click the Record button.
- To pause, click the Pause button . To continue, click Resume.
- When you finish, click Done in the lower-right corner.
On PC:
Use Sound Recorder app for Windows
- To start recording, tap or click the circular button with a microphone in the center. This is your Record button.
- To save the recording, tap or click Stop. You’ll see the recording appear in your list of recordings.
